Adam has enjoyed helping others through the medical side of movement as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2020, with previous experience working as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since about 2015. From a young age, Adam realized what a joy and pleasure life is when you are able to exercise and move freely in a healthy, happy, and pain free body. This changed when he sustained a nasty case of bilateral patellar tendonosis, which took years of trial and error recovery through the care of various Physical Therapists and personal research / discovery. This injury ultimately led to his interest to work and become licensed in the field of physical therapy, to not only educate and correct himself and his pain & ailments, but ultimately to assist others to gain the same sense of freedom with mobility. Adam has worked in just about every physical therapy setting, and has gained a vast amount of knowledge and skills to best assess and treat each person based on their individual need
